The tour products that we have highlighted on this website are unique sample travel programs created by EuroWorld Holidays, Ltd. and our European partners. When conducting group travel business to Europe with EuroWorld Holidays, Ltd., the group travel buyer will be signing contracts with, and making payments directly to, one or more of our 12 European ground operator partners and/or our 5 European river cruise partners. All business will be transacted between yourself and our travel supplier partners for their specialized programs and services. EuroWorld Holidays, Ltd. dutifully monitors the communications between our travel buyers and our European suppliers until your program has successfully operated.
Further, EuroWorld Holidays, Ltd. acts only as an agent for the various independent suppliers that provide hotel accommodations, river cruise ship cabins, transportation, sightseeing, group meals, activities, or other services connected with our tours. Such services are subject to the terms and conditions of our suppliers. EuroWorld Holidays, Ltd. and our rrespective employess, agents, representatives and assigns accept no liability whatsoever for any injury, damage, loss, accident, delay, or any other incident which may be caused by the negligence, defect, default of any company or person in performing these services. Responsibility is not accepted for losses, injury, damages or expenses of any kind due to sickness, weather, strikes, hostilities, wars, terrorist acts, acts of nature, local laws or other such cases. All services and accommodations are subject to the laws and regulations of the country in which they are provided. EuroWorld Holidays, Ltd. is not responsible for any baggage or personal effects of any individual participating in the tours/trips arranged by EuroWorld Holidays, Ltd. Individual travelers are responsible for purchasing a travel insurance policy, if desired, that will cover some of the expenses associated with the loss of luggage or personal effects.
